she a work in progress
they aiming to regress
antediluvian lashes
travel from Chand’s back
to the cobwebs in my eyes
the salmon swimm-
ing on her back
now glide in my eyes
this rubicundity
swamps and smothers
rumi’s love and lover
the distorted word
delivered from barrels
spell pandemonium
these crimson rivers
could be profound
instead they confound
