I had the opportunity to listen Samina in a live programme on Bulleh shah at Al- Hamra Gaddafi Stadium . No doubt, Samina has been blessed with powerful, deep, throbbing, enthralling and melodious voice but she is also striving hard to surface the Sufi’s kalam from slumber. She sings Waris shah, Bulleh shah and Shah Hussain ambidextrously good. The way and methodology adopted by her in propogating the Sufi’s message is commenable. Her proficiency in English, Urdu and Punjabi acts as spring board in propogating Sufi message and Music.
