Jahane Rumi In search of the unsearchable: O, my soul! where would you find your house?

10Sep/084

Should old acquaintance be forgot,

Should old acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind?

And give us a hand o' thine !
And we'll take a right good-will draught,
for auld lang syne

  1. My fav is the bagpipes version, of course. :P

  2. Rabindranath Tagore adopted the music of “auld lang syne” for the famous Bengali song “Purono sei diner Kotha”.

Here is the Hindi version of the song.
