I finally moved here - “You lack a foot to travel?”
Moving from the wordpress blog is proving to be more excruciating than I had thought. In addition, being technically challenged does not help either. Nevertheless, I have moved with my bags, posts and dreams. The site is still under construction and polishing it will take time. Let’s hope I can keep up with the techncial demands and the urge to post more.

Wonderful new site Raza. Initially I thought that you are probably a literary kind of a person who is also by nature a technophobe. But I was mistaken. It seems that you have acquired the best of both worlds. And amazingly your URL doesnot even contains /blog epithet

Dear Raza,
Congratulations on the new web site.
If your life is inconsequential when you are affecting the lives of so many people in your professional life, then God help the lesser mortals ! (and I have yet to count the hearts touched by this blog/site). As Amjad Islam Amjad said “Kyon ata hua hai ghubar mein, gham-i-zindagi kai fishar mein”. It is always a pleasure reading you.
Best wishes,
Sajid

Very nicely done, Raza! I really like the new structured look of the site. The three column layout works perfectly here, along with your own unique domain name.
Good luck with further tweaking of the site.

Hosted blogs are challenging but pain once you start facing problems with downtimes. I hope you have not selected dreamhost

this is such a beautiful blog. i’m in love with all things sufi and urdu. hafiz and ghazal poet firaq are favourites at the moment-tentatively learning the urdu translation aswell- so its fantastic to get all these gems of the language. keep it up!!
